As a Product Manager at Dalux, you’ll operate at the intersection of customer needs, technology, and business strategy. You’ll take ownership of the product roadmap, collaborate closely with Product Design and Development teams, and focus on delivering high-impact features that enhance the user experience. You’ll play a key role in defining and evolving our solutions — especially within areas such as digital collaboration, document management and file versioning. Your responsibilities will include: Product Discovery: Evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact. Customer Insights: Work closely with users to uncover pain points, gather feedback, and transform insights into product features. Cross-functional Collaboration: Align closely with engineers, designers, and fellow product managers to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. Feature Ownership: Lead the end-to-end process for new features — from ideation to delivery and validation. SaaS Optimization: Apply your understanding of SaaS architecture to support performance, scalability, and security. Product Strategy: Contribute to the product strategy for Dalux, which bets we should take. About You We believe you have a solid background in product management, as well as previous experience with software development, preferably with SaaS based platforms. We also believe you… Hold a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, preferably with exposure to task or workflow management Have 5+ years of experience in product management Can balance high-level strategic thinking with strong attention to detail in day-to-day operations Are experienced in agile methodologies and familiar with product management tools such as Jira and Trello Communicate fluently in English, written and spoken Have experience working with Construction Technology, BIM, and Facility Management tools Ready for the next step?
