Senior Director, Regional Pharmacy Operations

Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Regional Pharmacy Operations based in the United States. This executive-level role provides strategic and operational leadership for pharmacy services across a geographically distributed network of clinical research sites. You will shape standardized pharmacy practices spanning investigational drug services, sterile compounding, clinical operations, and regulatory compliance. The position combines enterprise strategy with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring pharmacy services scale effectively while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety. You will partner with executive leaders, site teams, clinical operations, sponsors, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders to drive consistent performance across regions. A major focus will be building scalable infrastructure, strengthening pharmacy leadership, and using data and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency. You will also play a central role in site expansion, technology adoption, regulatory readiness, and the successful delivery of early-phase oncology clinical trials.
