AVP, Talent & Leadership Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AVP, Talent & Leadership Development based in United States. This is a strategic talent leadership role focused on strengthening leadership capability, accelerating talent readiness, and supporting long-term business performance. You’ll shape and deliver enterprise-wide leadership and development programs that help employees and leaders grow throughout their careers. The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on program design, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll use workforce data, skills intelligence, modern learning technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to create personalized development experiences. Working closely with senior leaders, HR partners, and Talent Management colleagues, you’ll identify capability gaps and turn business priorities into practical development strategies. You’ll also contribute to succession planning, high-potential development, career growth, performance enablement, and broader organizational capability initiatives.
