This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Canada. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive talent professional who enjoys creating seamless hiring experiences in a fast-paced, global environment. You will coordinate complex, high-volume interviews across multiple time zones while keeping candidates and hiring teams aligned. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, you will become a key operational partner throughout the recruiting lifecycle. The role combines scheduling, candidate communication, ATS management, and broader recruiting administration with opportunities to improve processes. You’ll have visibility across a growing Talent Acquisition function and contribute to initiatives such as employer branding, talent communities, and university recruiting. Success will require excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to candidate experience. This is a remote opportunity for someone based on the East Coast who can flex their schedule to support EMEA time zones when needed.
