UX Researcher-Website E-commerce

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX Researcher-Website E-commerce based in Canada. The UX Researcher will join an established e-commerce team supporting a large-scale software company and its digital purchasing experiences. This role focuses on fast-paced, evaluative research that helps teams make confident product and business decisions on short timelines. You will investigate how customers discover products, engage with website and marketing content, and progress through software purchasing journeys. The position combines qualitative research methods with behavioral analytics to provide both customer insight and quantitative context. You will also use AI-enabled workflows to accelerate research planning, synthesis, and reporting while maintaining strong human judgment. Success requires strong communication, efficient research execution, and the ability to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
