This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Business Development (BDR) based in the United States. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to manage and scale a Business Development Representative team that plays a major role in pipeline generation. You’ll lead a performance-driven organization focused on improving prospect quality, conversion, and revenue impact—not simply activity volume. The role combines people leadership, sales strategy, data analysis, process optimization, and modern sales technology. You’ll coach early-career sales professionals while helping build a strong pathway toward Account Executive roles. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and other teams, you’ll continuously refine the go-to-market motion. You’ll also champion practical applications of AI to make prospecting more efficient, personalized, and effective.
