M365 Migration Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a M365 Migration Specialist based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex Microsoft 365 migrations across enterprise environments and help organizations transition securely and efficiently to modern cloud platforms. You’ll serve as a technical subject matter expert across tenant-to-tenant and Active Directory-to-M365 migrations, taking ownership from planning and tenant setup through execution and stabilization. Your work will span identity, messaging, collaboration services, governance, security, and user adoption. You’ll manage migrations involving Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related Microsoft 365 services while minimizing disruption to users. The position combines hands-on technical execution with troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and post-migration support. You’ll also help establish coexistence and cutover strategies, resolve complex identity and mail-flow issues, and maintain strong security and governance throughout the transition.
