User Acquisition Manager (Meta, New Project)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Meta, New Project) based in Italy. This is a hands-on growth role with full ownership of Meta as a core acquisition channel for a new AI-powered EdTech product. You’ll manage significant paid media budgets while optimizing toward sustainable ROAS, LTV, and scalable growth. The role combines campaign execution, experimentation, funnel optimization, and performance analysis in an automation-first environment. You’ll work closely with product and creative teams to test new concepts, improve conversion, and identify high-potential growth levers. Beyond managing campaigns, you’ll help refine the systems and automation that enable user acquisition to operate efficiently at scale. The environment is global, remote, fast-moving, and highly focused on measurable performance and continuous experimentation. This is an opportunity for an experienced UA professional to have direct impact on a new product’s growth trajectory.
