This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Operations for eCom DTC brand based in Poland. This is a high-impact operations leadership role within a fast-growing, 8-figure direct-to-consumer business. You will take ownership of the operating infrastructure that supports supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, systems, reporting, hiring, and execution. The role is designed for a hands-on builder who can turn operational complexity into clear processes, accountable ownership, and measurable performance. You will identify gaps, build SOPs, establish systems, recruit functional leaders, and create the structure needed for sustainable scale. A major focus will be transitioning day-to-day operational responsibility away from the Founder and toward a capable team of independent functional owners. You will work across distributed teams, vendors, agencies, manufacturers, and operational partners in a highly entrepreneurial environment. Success means building an organization that runs efficiently, solves problems proactively, and no longer depends on you for daily execution.
