Advanced Field Service Engr

This role provides advanced field and factory support for complex rotating equipment and associated control systems. You will work directly with customers and channel partners on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment rebuilds. The position combines hands-on mechanical and electrical expertise with process-control knowledge and structured failure analysis. You will play a key role in identifying equipment issues, validating root causes, and improving service reliability and product performance. The role also involves technical reporting, warranty assessment, customer training, and mentoring less experienced engineers. Success requires strong independent judgment, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to demanding customer environments.
