About The Role : The First Mile Hub Supervisor – Box (Giza) is responsible for overseeing daily first-mile hub operations, ensuring timely pickups, accurate parcel processing, and smooth workflow. The role involves coordinating with business clients, monitoring couriers, and leading a team of hub agents and loaders to meet operational targets. The supervisor tracks key performance indicators, addresses operational issues and escalations, and prepares reports with recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
