Product Manager UX Orchestration

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager UX Orchestration based in Portugal. This is a strategic product leadership role focused on making complex advertising technology simple, scalable, and self-serve for publishers. You will own the no-code configuration layer across ad formats, video players, consent management, paywalls, and related publisher experiences. Your work will directly influence how quickly customers activate, configure, and adopt the platform without engineering support. You will shape consistent experiences across back-office tools, client-facing interfaces, native platforms, and WordPress environments. The role combines product strategy, UX thinking, systems design, and close collaboration with engineering and design teams. You will also champion an AI-native approach, ensuring capabilities are designed to work for both human users and intelligent agents. In a fast-moving, data-driven environment, you will have significant scope to simplify processes and turn configuration into a meaningful growth driver.
