Sr. UI/UX Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer based in Norway. This is a senior design role focused on creating intuitive, polished, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile products. You’ll work at the intersection of creative design and technical execution, partnering closely with developers and creative teams. The role offers ownership from early concepts and user flows through high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. You’ll bring strong visual design fundamentals while considering usability, responsiveness, accessibility, and how products are actually built. AI-powered design tools will be part of the workflow, helping you explore ideas and prototype quickly without compromising quality. You’ll have the opportunity to work on conventional and experimental digital experiences, with room to contribute creative ideas and new approaches. This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication, autonomy, attention to detail, and availability during AEST working hours.
