The Senior HR Systems & Process Specialist is a key technical and operational contributor within Sonatype’s People Operations team. Positioned at an individual contributor level, this role focuses on configuring, optimizing, and maintaining our HR technology ecosystem (including systems like Rippling, ADP, Lever, and 15Five) to ensure seamless process execution and scalable employee workflows. Reporting into People Leadership, you will bridge functional HR needs with technology configuration—translating business requirements into efficient automated workflows, maintaining system integrations, supporting data integrity, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools.
