Director of Procurement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Procurement based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic procurement across a complex and technology-driven category. You will shape sourcing strategies that balance cost optimization, supplier performance, quality, risk, and innovation. The position has significant ownership across cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and other technology-related spend. You will lead high-value sourcing initiatives, negotiate complex agreements, and build long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers. Working closely with Technology, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders, you will influence decisions from the earliest stages of procurement. Your work will directly contribute to measurable savings, cost avoidance, increased spend under management, and stronger supplier performance.
