Principal Product Manager- Time to First Production

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager – Time to First Production based in Germany. This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on improving the journey from a customer’s first interaction with the platform to successfully running their first process in production. You will own a company-wide product outcome, defining the north-star metrics, customer journey, strategy, and roadmap that guide major investments. Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Experience, Data, Marketing, and GTM, you will turn customer evidence into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of AI-assisted product development, agentic experiences, guided onboarding, testing, validation, and production readiness. You will have significant autonomy to shape an evolving product area and establish the measurement framework that demonstrates progress. Success will depend on your ability to influence senior stakeholders, create alignment without formal authority, and translate complex opportunities into focused execution.
