This is a high-ownership recruiting role focused on helping early-stage and high-growth technology companies build exceptional teams. You’ll manage full-cycle searches across engineering, AI, product, GTM, operations, and executive functions, from kickoff through close. The role combines hands-on sourcing with strategic partnership, giving you direct influence over hiring strategies and candidate experiences. You’ll work closely with startup founders and leadership teams to solve complex hiring challenges rather than simply manage open requisitions. Creative sourcing, thoughtful assessment, strong judgment, and a genuinely human candidate experience will be central to your success. You’ll join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where experimentation, autonomy, and measurable impact are highly valued.
