Senior Program Manager, Client Implementation & PMO

Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Client Implementation & PMO based in the United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on delivering complex, enterprise-wide programs with significant business impact. You will oversee multiple interconnected workstreams and translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, IT, Operations, Client Services, Finance, and external stakeholders. You will establish strong governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure programs deliver measurable value on time and within budget. Working with senior executives, you will provide data-driven insights, resolve high-impact challenges, and guide critical decisions. The position also offers the opportunity to mentor program and project managers while strengthening delivery practices across the organization.
