Know where you belong! Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Hinge, Match, Meetic, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, The League, HER, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our products - it’s the foundation of every team we hire. When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our office 3 days/week. Match Group is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to lead brand marketing across our Europe Emerging & Evergreen portfolio. This is a senior regional marketing leadership role for a true 360° brand marketer: someone who can move seamlessly from insight and strategy through to execution, who understands how brand and performance work together to fuel growth, and who can build brands that are culturally relevant, commercially effective, and deeply resonant for the audiences they serve. Based in Paris, this leader will drive European marketing plans and business performance for key Europe brands, while partnering with broader global teams to ensure consistency in brand positioning, messaging, and standards across markets. This role is especially critical for Meetic and OurTime / DisonsDemain, two brands with strong foundations and meaningful market presence, each at an important moment of evolution. Success in this role will require the ability to sharpen positioning, strengthen local relevance, create standout campaigns, and connect brand investment to measurable business growth.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.
In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
