IT Systems Support Officer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Systems Support Officer based in Hungary. This is a fully remote opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys solving problems while also improving the systems behind them. You’ll support users across Microsoft 365 and business applications while managing access, technology assets, and system records. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with systems administration, cybersecurity support, and digital process improvement. Beyond resolving day-to-day technical issues, you’ll identify recurring problems and recommend smarter, more efficient solutions. You’ll collaborate with internal users and external IT providers while contributing to system implementations, updates, and workflow improvements.
