This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Medical Information Assistant based in India. This is an opportunity to join a global life sciences environment supporting medical information services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare organizations. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant responses to medical and safety-related enquiries. You will interact with healthcare professionals, consumers, and other external stakeholders through multiple communication channels. The position combines scientific knowledge, customer service, documentation, and strict adherence to regulatory and quality requirements. You’ll help ensure medical information requests, adverse events, special situations, and product complaints are handled accurately and appropriately.
