At CI&T, we help large enterprises transform the potential of AI into real business impact with AI Deployment, AI-native execution, and tech-integrated business solutions. With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in Agentic SDLC, Application modernization, Data & AI, Martech and Business strategy. We are 8,000 CI&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day. Our client's Digital Supply Chain Analytics team is scaling how artificial intelligence and modern data platforms support day-to-day decisions across manufacturing, logistics, planning, procurement, and operations. The team is running multiple parallel initiatives — from data pipelines feeding AI agents, to a full SaaS replacement for forecasting and inventory management, to machine learning for vision and forecasting systems — and needs additional hands-on developers to keep pace. The Senior Data Developer joins an existing team and contributes to established code repositories, with work scoped to the individual's strongest skills — whether that's database and pipeline development, application and UI development, or machine learning. Rather than owning a fixed set of responsibilities end to end, this person becomes part of a larger team accountable for the overall project, picking up the pieces of work best suited to their profile. What matters most is the ability to work confidently inside an existing codebase, follow solid Git practices, and communicate clearly and consistently with the rest of the team. Responsibilities: Contributes to existing code repositories by extending and maintaining code according to established patterns and conventions. Follows Git best practices, including branching, commit hygiene, code review, and merge processes. Communicates progress, blockers, and technical decisions clearly and consistently with the broader team. Collaborates within a larger cross-functional team accountable for the overall success of each project. Data Pipelines & Integration Builds data pipelines that feed downstream applications, including AI agents that manage purchase orders, by integrating and transforming data from sources such as Google BigQuery and SAP. Develops and maintains ETL/ELT (Extract, Transform, Load / Extract, Load, Transform) processes to ensure reliable, accurate data flow between systems. Designs and maintains database structures that support operational and analytical workloads. Application & UI Development Builds and extends front-end interfaces for internal applications, including a SaaS replacement for forecasting and inventory management. Develops backend features and administrative functionality that support day-to-day application operations. Builds and maintains scheduled jobs (cron jobs) that automate recurring application or data processes. Machine Learning Supports the development of machine learning models for use cases such as computer vision and forecasting. Assists in preparing data and features required to train and evaluate models. Requirements: Demonstrated experience contributing to and extending existing code repositories in a team environment Strong working knowledge of Git and collaborative version control practices Clear, consistent communication skills, comfortable working closely with a distributed team Depth in at least one of the following areas, with working familiarity in others: database development and SQL, front-end/application development, ETL and data pipeline development, or machine learning Comfort working across a range of tasks as scoped by the team, rather than a single fixed role Experience with Google BigQuery, SAP, or similar enterprise data platforms is a plus where relevant to assigned tasks Nice to Have: Experience with SAP integrations Experience building or maintaining SaaS-style applications (forecasting, inventory management, or similar) Experience with machine learning for computer vision or time-series forecasting Experience with scheduled/automated jobs (cron) and lightweight administrative tooling Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or procurement contexts #LI-JP3

That number includes positions in India (9,577), Poland (3,429), the United States (1,753), Singapore (787), and Brazil (779). If you're looking to move or work remotely, check which countries match your goals — then filter WorkMundi by location to see what's actually hiring near you.
Most developer ads you'll see are written in English: 18,397 of the 24,795. That doesn't tell you whether the job itself requires you to speak English or work in English daily, so read each posting carefully. Don't assume the language of the ad matches the language of the team.
The employers posting the most developer roles are Link Group (369 jobs), Upvanta (257), jobgether (226), and OfferZen (212). If you're applying to any of these, research their hiring patterns. They move fast and post often, which means they're either scaling hard or replacing people who didn't fit.
In your interview, expect this: 'Walk me through the last time you had to debug something that took you more than an hour. What was it, what did you try first, and what would you do differently?' Hiring managers ask this to see if you think systematically or just try random fixes. Have a real example ready with specifics.
