This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Rostering Coordinator (NDIS/Healthcare - For Pooling) based in India. This role offers the opportunity to support healthcare and NDIS providers by ensuring the right people are scheduled for the right shifts at the right time. You will take ownership of day-to-day rostering activities while balancing staff availability, client requirements, and changing operational priorities. The position requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to urgent scheduling needs. You will communicate closely with support workers, clients, and management to maintain reliable workforce coverage. Your work will directly contribute to smoother operations and consistent service delivery within the healthcare environment.
