Data Analytics Manager

This is a high-impact, player-coach leadership role focused on building and scaling a high-performing analytics function. You will manage a lean team of Data Analysts while remaining hands-on with analytical work and business problem-solving. The role combines people leadership, analytical rigor, strategic prioritization, and cross-functional partnership. You will help evolve data practices, improve quality, and establish scalable ways of working as the organization grows. You’ll work across the modern analytics stack, from raw and modeled data to dashboards, data products, and business insights.
