Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Caseware, your goal will be to develop and nurture positive, long-term, and strategic relationships with our highest-value customers and prospects and be responsible for supporting our existing accounting and audit partners across North America. Your role will be focusing on managing the mid-market segment - accounting firms. You will inherit and oversee a portfolio of 1500+ existing accounts and your main efforts will be focused on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
