Who we are Mindtickle is the leading AI-powered revenue enablement platform that combines on-the-job learning and deal execution to drive behavior change and get more revenue per rep. Mindtickle is recognized as a market leader by top industry analysts and is ranked by G2 as the #1 sales onboarding and training product. Our commitment to innovation has also earned us the "AI-based Sales Solution of the Year" award in the 8th annual AI Breakthrough Awards program ( PR Newswire) , and a Gold Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service ( Mindtickle )- recognition of our dedication to both product excellence and outstanding customer support. Job Snapshot Mindtickle is making a bold claim: that it is the AI-native revenue enablement platform, powered by ElevateOS. Bold claims need proof, and they need customers who stay, expand, and advocate. We are looking for a Principal Customer Marketing Manager to build the proof engine behind the story and to drive a unified customer engagement motion across advocacy, voice of customer, lifecycle and retention, and customer communications. This person turns satisfied customers into evidence and into a flywheel that drives adoption, retention, and growth. You will work closely with customer success, sales, product management, product marketing, and customers directly. Your mandate is to build a proof stack that backs the platform's claims with credible customer, data, and reference evidence, and to own the engagement surfaces that keep customers passionate and growing. You will be measured on the strength and usefulness of the proof system, on advocacy and voice-of-customer signal, and on retention and expansion outcomes.

Singapore alone has 5,920 of them. India has 3,543. The US has 2,443. If you're looking at a marketing role, geography matters: check WorkMundi's location filters to see which regions match your visa status and timezone. Don't apply everywhere; apply where you can actually work.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.

16,882 of these 27,322 job ads have text written in English. That's the ad itself, not necessarily the language the job requires. Read the job description carefully to confirm what languages the role needs.
