This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior CRM Consultant based in United Kingdom. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact CRM programmes that create meaningful customer experiences across multiple digital channels. You will plan, execute, and optimize sophisticated customer engagement campaigns using modern marketing automation technologies. The position combines hands-on platform expertise with strategic thinking, data-driven optimization, and close client collaboration. You will translate business objectives into effective journeys, campaigns, segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies. Your work will directly contribute to measurable customer engagement and business outcomes across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and other channels. You’ll work alongside strategists, project managers, technical specialists, and clients in a fast-paced, international environment. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced CRM professional who enjoys ownership, precision, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
