Director, Revenue Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations based in Canada. This is a senior commercial operations leadership role focused on making revenue execution more consistent, measurable, and scalable. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will translate sales strategy into clear operating rhythms, priorities, and actions. You will bring rigor to pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, expansion, and revenue performance. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, and Product, you will turn data into decisions and sustainable improvements. The role combines analytical thinking, commercial judgment, influence, and hands-on execution in a growing enterprise SaaS environment. You will also help introduce AI-enabled workflows that improve productivity across account planning, opportunity management, research, deal inspection, and forecasting. This is a fully remote opportunity where your work will have direct visibility with leadership and a meaningful impact on how the revenue organization scales.
