Director, Solutions Architect (C-UAS)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Solutions Architect (C-UAS) based in the United States. This senior leadership role will shape advanced counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) solutions supporting critical federal missions and national security priorities. You will combine technical expertise, operational insight, and business development experience to architect innovative, integrated defense capabilities. The role spans solution development, strategic proposals, technology partnerships, customer engagement, and growth initiatives. You will evaluate emerging technologies across sensing, tracking, identification, command and control, mitigation, and sustainment. Working closely with technical, account, and growth teams, you will translate mission requirements into scalable, competitive solutions. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with exposure to government customers, industry partners, and complex multi-domain programs. This remote position requires regular travel to the DC Metro area and other locations, typically 20–30% with occasional higher travel demands.
