Clinical Analytics & Enablement Leader

This strategic leadership role will help shape the next generation of clinical analytics capabilities across a large, collaborative organization. You will combine clinical expertise, analytics, education, and strategic thinking to build scalable approaches to clinical insight generation. The role partners closely with senior pharmacy, consulting, analytics, and financial leaders to create a consistent 360-degree view of clinical needs. A major focus will be translating complex clinical concepts, therapy trends, and utilization management principles into practical analytical frameworks. You will also develop pharmacists through targeted education, mentorship, and guidance that strengthens analytical rigor and interpretive consistency.
