Our partner is looking for an Auxiliar de RH – Foco em Experiência do Colaborador (Exclusiva para PCD) based in Brazil. This is a fully remote HR opportunity focused on creating a smooth, welcoming, and compliant employee journey from recruitment through onboarding and beyond. You will support key HR processes, including candidate coordination, admissions, documentation, onboarding, and employee support. The role combines operational organization with a strong focus on empathy, communication, and employee experience. You will help monitor the first 90 days of an employee's journey and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and retention. There is also room to improve HR workflows by identifying bottlenecks, standardizing processes, and exploring automation. The position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, ethical, and comfortable working with confidential information.
