Senior Content Manager

This is an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of learning and technical content within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will design and deliver structured learning experiences that turn complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content for diverse learner profiles. The role combines instructional design, content production, project management, and close collaboration with technical subject matter experts. You will own assigned content initiatives from concept and learning design through production, quality assurance, and LMS delivery. Working across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Training, and Marketing, you will help keep learning experiences accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving products. You will also contribute to shared standards, scalable workflows, and AI-enabled content practices that improve the team's efficiency and quality. This role offers significant autonomy for a highly organized content professional who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
