This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mobile Game Developer based in Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Unity developer to build engaging mobile games for a global player audience. You’ll contribute across the full game development lifecycle, from rapid prototyping through live operations and continuous improvement. The role combines strong game engineering fundamentals with an AI-first approach to development and problem solving. You’ll work closely with designers, artists, producers, backend engineers, and QA to create polished multiplayer experiences. Your work will span gameplay systems, UI, performance optimization, networking, automation, and platform-specific challenges. You’ll also help shape engineering standards and explore new AI-powered workflows that make development faster without compromising quality. This is an ideal environment for a creative, technically strong developer who enjoys ownership, experimentation, and building games at scale.
