This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Support Services based in the United States. This role supports daily trading operations and client connectivity across a range of capital markets environments. You will help maintain reliable trade flows, trading interfaces, FIX connections, and regulatory reporting processes. The position offers hands-on exposure to equities, fixed income, and options throughout the trade lifecycle. You will troubleshoot issues across application, network, and system layers while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. The role also contributes to client onboarding, connectivity testing, incident resolution, and infrastructure support. It is well suited to a technically capable professional who enjoys solving real-time trading and connectivity challenges in a collaborative environment.
