ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support the development, deployment, and optimization of cloud-based solutions within a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GCP services, cloud-native technologies, and Infrastructure as Code practices. The role requires a strong technical background, a collaborative mindset, and a solid understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements. ## Key Responsibilities ## * * Design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform. * Manage and optimize GCP services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. * Deploy and support containerized applications using Kubernetes. * Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. * Collaborate with development, architecture, and security teams to deliver cloud-native solutions. * Implement cloud security best practices and support compliance requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and platform-related issues. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud environments and deployment processes. ## Requirements ## * Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Strong knowledge of core GCP services, with particular expertise in Cloud SQL. * Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies. * Solid proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies. * Good understanding of cloud security principles and compliance requirements, including PCI standards. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. ## Preferred Qualifications ## * Google Cloud certifications. * Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments. * Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging, and observability solutions. ## Personal Skills ## * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities. * Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. * Italian and English are required Candidati ora Conosci un talento?
