## Your team ## *Pictet Tech* designs, integrates and operates software applications ranging from portfolio management systems and trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group-s key innovations while sustaining business operations. The *Identity Management Platforms* team is dedicated to managing user identities and security across the organisation. We are responsible for the implementation, automation and oversight of authentication, authorisation and access control solutions for all applications and infrastructure. Our mission is to ensure secure, seamless and compliant access for all users, while continuously improving our processes and adopting the latest technologies. ## Your role ## * Design, deploy and maintain IAM platforms and solutions in both Cloud and hybrid environments. * Automate integration, deployment and identity/access management processes using DevOps tools. * Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure and development teams to ensure access compliance and security. * Contribute to the definition and implementation of security, audit and access management policies. * Monitor, diagnose and resolve IAM-related incidents and issues. * Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in IAM and DevOps technologies ## Your profile ## * Higher education in computer science or equivalent experience. * Significant experience in DevOps engineering with in-depth understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration. * Proficiency in software craftsmanship practices, programming and API design (Python, Java, Go, Bash or equivalent). * Experience with Cloud systems such as Azure or Amazon and infrastructure-as-code configuration. * Ability to perform cross-functional debugging across both application and infrastructure layers. * Comprehensive understanding of system architecture and platform components. * Team spirit, autonomy, rigor and ability to work in an agile environment. * Fluent in French and English. * Swiss resident or willingness to relocate. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
