About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise AI Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions that automate complex business workflows using AWS Bedrock and modern cloud technologies. This role focuses on developing end-to-end AI-powered automation workflows that integrate enterprise systems such as ServiceNow and SAP while leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge bases, and Responsible AI practices. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience building AI-powered enterprise applications, integrating complex business systems, and designing scalable cloud-native architectures. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using AWS Bedrock. Build AI-powered workflow automation for complex business processes. Develop AI agents using AWS Bedrock Agents and Guardrails. Integrate enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow and SAP. Develop secure REST API integrations across enterprise applications. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise knowledge bases. Develop document-processing workflows, including PDF extraction and business-rule validation. Design cloud-native backend services using AWS. Build scalable React interfaces for AI-powered business applications. Develop GenAI CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows. Implement Responsible AI principles and governance across AI solutions. Collaborate with engineering and business teams to continuously improve AI capabilities. Requirements: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong Python development experience. Experience building enterprise cloud applications. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
