About Acquia Acquia empowers the world’s most ambitious brands to create digital customer experiences that matter. With open source Drupal at its core, the Acquia Digital Experience Platform (DXP) enables marketers, developers, and IT operations teams at thousands of global organizations to rapidly compose and deploy digital products and services that engage customers, enhance conversions, and help businesses stand out. Headquartered in Boston, MA, Acquia is a Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM company, is listed as one of the world’s top software companies by The Software Report, and is positioned as a market leader by the analyst community. We are Acquia. We are building for the future and we want you to be a part of it! ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Platform & Drupal, the Product Marketing Manager owns the positioning, messaging, launches, and feature-release support for Acquia's platform and Drupal solution, our PaaS plus Drupal offering for technical buyers (CTO, CIO, CISO). You turn product capability into the assets the field uses to win deals. This role is a balance of strategy and fast paced execution but it is not an isolated content-production role. You decide where the message matters and make it sharp, and you use AI to handle the rest. You must have real Drupal experience; your credibility with this audience depends on it, and everyone on this team demos and presents on stage. RESPONSIBILITIES Own positioning and messaging for the Cloud Platform and supporting products, from the narrative down to web pages, one-pagers, and solution briefs. Run launches end to end: messaging, assets, and field readiness. Own feature-release support across the PaaS portfolio. Support the competitive GTM: turn intel from Competitive & Market Intelligence into ready-to-use positioning, plays, and content. (They own the intel; you turn it into action.) Partner with the Drupal Evangelist and technical content lead on a cohesive content strategy, and pull that content into your GTM activation. Build sales enablement assets on a value-selling spine (Signal > Value > Action). QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years in product marketing or a closely related role. Demonstrated Drupal experience (required): hands-on or deep exposure, enough to be credible with a technical audience. A strategist, not a content marketer. You think critically about the moments of impact and drive the positioning, rather than producing assets on a treadmill. AI-first ways of working. You use AI to move faster and automate low-value work, with a point of view on where it helps and where it doesn't. Presentation and demo skills. Everyone here presents and demos on stage; you are compelling live, in front of the field, customers, or a conference room. Strong, clear writing that makes technical material persuasive. Reliable launch execution; you can manage multiple launches and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience at a DXP, CMS, PaaS, or open-source company. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Participation in the Drupal community. Developer or technical-buyer marketing. We are an organization that embraces innovation and the potential of AI to enhance our processes and improve our work. We are always looking for individuals who are open to learning new technologies and collaborating with AI tools to achieve our goals. Acquia is proud to provide best-in-class benefits to help our employees and their families maintain a healthy body and mind. Core Benefits include: competitive healthcare coverage, wellness programs, take it when you need it time off, parental leave, recognition programs, and much more! Final compensation will be commensurate with your experience and will be determined by a variety of factors, including city of residence, relevant skillset, and job-related knowledge. Acquia is an equal opportunity (EEO) employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veterans status or any other protected status or characteristic under federal, state or local law unrelated to the ability to perform the job. Singapore alone has 5,920 of them. India has 3,543. The US has 2,443. If you're looking at a marketing role, geography matters: check WorkMundi's location filters to see which regions match your visa status and timezone. Don't apply everywhere; apply where you can actually work.
Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.
In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
