Finance & Accounting Manager Location: Accra, Ghana (Hybrid) Reports to: Founder/CEO About AfroQuality AfroQuality is building Africa's connected retail and distribution platform, helping premium African brands reach consumers across the continent through physical stores, digital commerce and cross-border trade. We currently operate in multiple African markets and are expanding rapidly. We're looking for a commercially minded Finance & Accounting Manager to help build a scalable finance function that supports our next phase of growth. This role is designed for an ambitious finance professional with the potential to grow into a future Head of Finance . Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple countries. Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports. Manage working capital, treasury and inventory-related finance. Coordinate tax, statutory compliance and annual audits. Improve finance systems, reporting and internal controls. Support fundraising, financial modelling and strategic business decisions. Identify and manage grants, concessionary and blended finance opportunities, including grant applications, budgeting and reporting. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CA (qualified or finalist preferred). 3–5 years' experience in finance and accounting. Experience in retail, FMCG, logistics, technology or high-growth SMEs is an advantage. Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills. ERP experience (Odoo preferred).
