Elevated Health is a beautiful integrated medical clinic located at 933 17th Ave. SW in Calgary. We currently have a Nurse Practitioner, three Naturopathic Doctors, and a Holistic Nutritionist. We are both integrated and integrative so that patients have access to every aspect of care they need. We are looking for another part time NP to support our patients with general functional medicine and BHRT. *Duties include:* - Conduct comprehensive health assessments and provide primary care to patients from a functional medicine perspective - Support patients with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (including ND's) to develop and implement patient care plans - Utilize Jane and Ava EMR system for documentation and patient management *Skills:* - Strong clinical skills in functional medicine - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Ability to provide health coaching and education to promote patient self-care and disease prevention -Applicants must be in good standing with College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) *Benefits of joining Elevated Health:* * Company will help pay for necessary coursework should you need more education around functional medicine and prescribing BHRT * Work alongside a functional Nurse Practitioner, Nutritionist and two other Naturopathic Doctors * ·Clinic manager, IT and reception available to support your needs. * ·Online marketing to help support the growth of your practice. * ·All rooms have large windows, LED lightning and beautiful new renovations.
