If you're looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You'll Do:Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently in a plant environmentLoad, move, and stock materials as required to support production and shipping activitiesSupply production areas with the necessary materials to ensure continuous operationsPerform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues of safety concernsMaintain accurate inventory and material flow throughout the facilityEnsure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe,Follow all company safety procedures, policies and standardsCommunicate effectively with supervision and team members to support daily operationsAssist with other operational duties as requiredScheduleMonday to Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m Average of 45-50 hours per weekCompensation & BenefitsStarting wage: $20.94/hourAdditional $0.58/hour upon successful training and competency in the role4% vacation payWeekly hourly bonus averaging $1.00/hourOpportunity to learn and train in other positions within the operationPotential growth and development within the companyQUALIFICATIONSQualifications:Education:Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience:Minimum: 1 year of experience operating front end loaders.Knowledge and Skills:Attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.Good communication skillsABOUT USFounded in 1882, J.D.
