This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in accounting software and financial data management within a collaborative environment. *Responsibilities* * Perform data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions using accounting QuickBooks software * Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies for resolution * Assist with payroll * Collaborate with team members to improve bookkeeping processes and ensure timely completion of tasks *Qualifications* * Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks * Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping principles * Familiarity with payroll systems * Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Will train the right person if you have the immigration documents to work long term.
