This position offers an energetic environment where your driving skills and automotive knowledge make a real difference every day. *Duties* * Safely operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and assist vehicles involved in accidents or breakdowns * Assess vehicle conditions and determine the appropriate towing method or repair solution * Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and courteously with stranded motorists and dispatch teams * Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues or perform basic automotive repairs when necessary * Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including vehicle details, locations, and services provided * Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks to ensure safety, proper functioning, and compliance with regulations *Requirements* * _*Valid class 5Q (Air) drivers license with a clean driving record*_ * _*Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with heavy-duty vehicles or tow trucks, minimum 3 years (Insurance requirement)*_ * Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques * Customer service skills to handle stressful situations professionally and empathetically * Knowledge of safety procedures, traffic laws, and towing regulations in the local area * Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform vehicle inspections, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. _*Signing Bonus - The right candidate with sufficient experience may be eligible for a signing bonus up to $2500.*_ Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering reliable roadside assistance with energy and professionalism.
