Royalclean Janitor Service Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaner for cleaning operations, manage assigned job sites, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role offers strong growth potential within the company. This is a part-time position with strong potential to become full-time as the company continues to grow and based on employee performance. *Pay and Benefits* * $18.5 - 19 per hour * 4% vacation pay employment) * Career growth opportunity *Responsibilities* * Provide on-site supervision and leadership to team members while actively participating in cleaning duties to ensure quality control, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. * Perform commercial and residential cleaning duties * Carpet cleaning * Window cleaning * Maintain quality control standards * Provide professional customer service * Two shifts Available- Monday to Friday( 1 am to 6 am) and Saturday Sunday ( 1 am to 6 am) *Requirements* * 6 months to 1 year janitorial experience * Minimum 6 months carpet cleaning experience * Window cleaning experience (squeegee method) * Valid Class 5 Driver?s License with clean driving record * Must have own vehicle for transportation * Strong communication and customer service skills * Criminal Record Check. *Skills and Abilities* * Critical thinking * Strong decision-making skills * Problem-solving ability * Leadership mindset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Application question(s): * Are you legally authorized to work in Canada?
