The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Responsibilities: * Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner. * Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel. * Manage the reception area, including tidying up and organizing. * Support RMT's and provide administrative support * Direct Billing to Insurnance companies and taking payments * Light cleaning duties Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 5-20 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: Looking to Hire for Mainly Thursday evenings but with the opportunity to pick up shifts as desired! * Day shift * Evening shift * Weekends as needed Experience: * Front desk: 1 year (preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person Pay: From $16.50 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * On-site parking Application question(s): * Have you dealt with direct billing to insurance companies?
