In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying powderpaint to various components, contributing to the quality and aesthetics of our products. *Responsibilities* * Apply paint using powder coating equipment. * Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. * Assist with general labor tasks as required in the manufacturing process. * Work in the blast booth when needed. * Other factory jobs as required. *Requirements* * Previous experience in painting or labor-intensive roles is an asset but not required. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment. * Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes. * Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to painting and manufacturing.
