We?re Hiring: Recall Receptionist Our dental clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused *Recall Receptionist* to join our team. As a Recall Receptionist, you?ll play an important role in keeping our patients on track with their dental care and helping our schedule run smoothly. *Responsibilities:* * Contacting patients to schedule and confirm recall appointments * Managing and filling the hygiene and treatment schedule * Following up with patients due for exams, hygiene appointments, and other dental care * Updating patient records and maintaining accurate appointment information * Providing a warm and professional experience for every patient * Working closely with the dental team to keep the schedule productive and organized * Answering phone calls and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed *What we?re looking for:* * Previous dental reception or dental administrative experience is an asset * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with patients * Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy dental environment * Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude * Experience with dental software is an asset *Schedule Requirements:* * 5 days per week * Every other weekend is required * Flexibility with weekday hours is expected We?re looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and genuinely enjoys working with patients and being part of a dental team. *Interested in joining our team?* Send us your resume and tell us a little about yourself. _Previous experience in a dental office is preferred._ Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking Application question(s): * Do you have experience in dental? * Why is it important for patients to come in for regular cleanings? * How many days per week are you available to work? * Do you have customer service experience?
