Job Title: Sales Associate Company: Spirit Halloween/Two Roads Retail Specialists Our mission is to be the best in the eyes of both our customers and our partners by providing exceptional customer service and revenue generation through our highly skilled, trained and professional workforce. Reports to: Assistant Manager, Store Manager. Job Purpose: A sales associate is expected to generate sales by providing excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide the customer with courteous and quality service. * Determine the customers? needs and give recommendations and advice based on the merchandise available in the store. * Maintaining clear channels of communication between colleagues. * Take care of your own safety, health and welfare and that of any other person who may be affected by your activities. * Maintain a clean work environment. * Ensure all policies are followed when operating the POS system and other systems in the store. * Be vigilant and attentive towards the protection of the business assets. However, it is also our policy that no sales associate put themselves at risk of physical danger in the protection of the business assets. Always inform your manager if you observe suspicious behaviour. * Flexibility - must be available to work a staggered schedule, including evenings and weekends (Sunday included); and, * Any other duties that may be required to ensure courteous friendly service and a store that meets and maintains the standards. Qualifications Candidates should have previous experience in a fast paced retail environment, including interacting with customers and using the cash register/POS system. Physical requirements The incumbent is required to stand for extended periods of time and do repetitive tasks Interested? Please submit your resume.
