If that doesn't resonate, this isn't for you.* *The Job* *Your Responsibilities:* * Lead semi-private classes, 1-on-1 sessions, and tandem (2:1) training * Coach nutrition using structured frameworks and manage client accountability * Create individualized exercise programs * Conduct fitness assessments and teach our Foundations course to new clients * Attend staff meetings, professional development, and team events * Provide honest feedback to teammates * Build your client base and improve your coaching skills *Compensation Structure:* *Months 1-3 (Probation):* * $20/hour guaranteed for 40 hours/week * Week 1: Intensive onboarding (video training, mentorship, roleplay, hands-on coaching with experienced clients) * Weeks 2-12: Train assigned clients, shadow senior coaches, learn Kraken systems *After Probation:* * *Client training hours:* $25-$32/hour * *Non-training hours:* $20-$26/hour (10 hrs/week minimum - client communication, nutrition check-ins, programming, meetings, professional development, admin duties) * *Typical schedule:* 20-30 client hours + 10 non-training hours per week *Career Progression:* Clear advancement pathway based on performance, client retention, session volume, and leadership contributions.
