Start Date: August 27, 2026 FTE:Full-Time - Temporary - August 27, 2026 until June 24, 2027Term of Employment:Temporary - August 27, 2026 until June 24, 2027 Qualifications:-Strong oral and written communication and organization skills.-Speaking Cree, Dene or Michif would be considered an asset.-Ability to work with all school staff, children, youth, caregivers, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and community members in a positive manner.-Experience in working with First Nations schools and communities.-First-hand experience facilitating land-based learning.-Willing to work flexible hours.-Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. The successful candidate will:(for complete details see our website at nlsd113.ca)-Support school and community.-Work with the principal, teachers, parents, Elders, and community members as a team.-Assist in developing a positive, caring, and supportive culture and climate.-Identify and establish partnerships with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and community agencies.
